The individual should be motivated, flexible, determined, and persistent, and be a critical thinker, problem solver, and quick learner. They should have good time management skills and work well with a team. The primary responsibilities are releasing collateral via documentation sent to state and/or counties, reviewing reports, research, filing, and quoting payoffs internally and externally. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous banking experience and knowledge of Microsoft office is preferred.

The individual must possess strong attention to detail, a minimum of six months of cash-handling experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous banking experience is a plus.

The individual should be able to perform cash-handling transactions with accuracy and efficiency while providing excellent customer service and cross-promoting our products and benefits. The individual must possess strong attention to detail, a minimum of six months of cash-handling experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous banking experience is a plus.

Commercial Bank is currently seeking a full-time deposit specialist at our Brentwood branch. The Deposit Specialist is our product and service expert. This individual is the customer's first impression of who we are and what we can do for them. We believe that customer service begins with a smile and a helpful attitude – ready to actively listen, thoughtfully advise, efficiently meet their need, and exceed their expectations. The ideal candidate is professional in their dealings with customers and other staff members, able to adapt quickly to various situations, and willing to learn and grow with the company. Responsibilities include: opening deposit accounts, maintaining records, completing paperwork, recognizing opportunities to cross-sell or create referrals, assisting customers with account-related questions and issues, performing teller duties as needed, and completing other tasks requested by management that relate to the bank and its functions. The individual should have 3-5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related positions, and have a high school diploma at minimum. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, Webex, and Jack Henry banking software is a plus.
